Jhansi Project

Our newly launched project at Jhansi, by the name of DWARIKA, is on 13 acres (app) of land. We have planned to develop and construct around 140 bungalows/villas and around 50 floors in addition to a few commercial shops at DWARIKA. The USP of our project is its proximity to the city. Located at just 1.5 kms from Bada Bazaar Gate Baher, in between two 80 feet wide roads, it is unarguably the most prime location amongst all the recently launched and upcoming housing projects in Jhansi. It has its front gate (opening) on Pichore road and rear gate (opening) on Meri road. Covered by boundary walls on all sides and manned by security personnel along with CCTV surveillance, DWARIKA promises foolproof security to its residents. Wide internal roads, overhead water tank, power backup, landscaped gardens, clubhouse, temple are proposed in the township to add to its appeal.

The landbank at Jhansi is acquired from funds generated from internal sources and the development/construction is planned to be executed from the self financing payment module of the house buyer. The key personnel entrusted with the task of accomplishing the planned objectives are Mr. Ravi Sharma ( Administrator) and Mr. Aditya Maheshwari ( Co-ordinator). The project cycle envisaged is 4 years and it is our endeavour to develop a modern township where comfort, convenience and peace of mind converge.
